Hello Child Placing Agency (CPA) and Tribal CPA partners,
I’m reaching out to share important staffing updates within the Licensing Division. Due to budget reductions, we’ve made staffing changes at the Area Administrator and Senior Administrator levels for foster care licensing programs.
Effective July 1, Regional Licensing and Group Care staff will be overseen by Area Administrator Joe Rissone. Joe brings over 25 years of experience to this work. We’re confident Joe will provide strong leadership and continuity during this transition.
Additionally, Foster Care, Kinship Care, Group Care, Regional Licensing, and LD CPS will now be unified under one Senior Administrator, Marissa Corrales. This consolidation will help streamline processes and strengthen alignment across all programs. Please review the CPA Group Care and Kinship/CPS/ Foster Care org charts to understand the complete scope of these structural changes.
