Hello Tribal Child Placing Agency (CPA) partners,
Secure Access Washington (SAW) is transitioning to WA.gov
In April 2026, external users, including Tribal partners, who use SAW to log into OurKids and FamLink will be prompted to create a WA.gov account. All information and data in OurKids and FamLink will stay the same. A direct message about this transition was sent to caregivers on April 1 as well as a feature in the March Caregiver Connection newsletter. SAW changes do not impact WA CAP (Binti) and WA COMPASS at this time.
WA CAP (Binti) Updates
On March 31, 2026, WA CAP (Binti) implemented the following as part of our monthly release schedule. Changes were made to five forms to comply with plain talk and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards.
