The Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) released a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Early Support for Infants & Toddlers (ESIT) contracts. DCYF released the RFQ in the Washington Electronic Business Solutions (WEBS) system Feb. 23, 2026.

If you are interested in participating in the ESIT RFQ, please ensure your organization is registered in WEBS. Select one of the following commodity Code(s) in WEBS:

924-74 Special Education
948-86 Therapy and Rehabilitation Services
952-15 Case Management
952-51 Head Start Program
952-43 Family and Social Services
