Thank You for All That You Do
Dear Tribal Partners, Child Care, and Early Learning Providers,
I am honored to write a message to you all. Provider Appreciation Day is dedicated to recognizing the work you do for the children and families of our state. We may be living in uncertain times, but something that is consistent is your dedication, passion, and love that you pour onto the children in your care.
You play a vital role in our mission to help families flourish. You come in during the early stages of life for countless children and their families, providing high quality care that supports the child’s development and learning.
As a parent myself, I have seen firsthand the difference you make in the lives of children, helping them thrive, providing social emotional learning, getting them ready for kindergarten, and so much more. Frankly, what you do for parents can’t be understated either; knowing their children are safe, well-cared for, learning and having fun helps parents go to work, school or services to support and improve their families!
In other words, thanks for all you do, not just today, but every day.
I appreciate every single one of you and I look forward to continuing to partner as we navigate challenging times.

Estimados socios tribales, proveedores de cuidado infantil y de educación inicial:
Tengo el honor de escribirles un mensaje a todos ustedes. El día de apreciación al proveedor es dedicado para reconocer el trabajo que ustedes hacen por los niños y familias de nuestro estado. Tal vez nos encontremos en tiempos de incertidumbre, pero, lo que se mantiene firme es su dedicación, pasión y amor que brindan a los niños bajo su cuidado.
Usted desempeña un papel vital en nuestra misión de ayudar a las familias a prosperar. Llega durante las etapas iniciales de la vida de innumerables niños y familias, brindando cuidado de alta calidad que apoya el desarrollo y aprendizaje de los niños.
Como madre, he visto de primera mano la diferencia que ustedes hacen en las vidas de los niños, apoyándoles a prosperar, brindando aprendizaje socioemocional, preparándolos para el kindergarten, y mucho más. Francamente, lo que ustedes hacen por los padres tampoco se puede subestimar: el saber que sus hijos están seguros, son bien atendidos, están aprendiendo y divirtiéndose, apoyan a que los padres puedan ir al trabajo, la escuela o servicios de apoyo y así, ¡mejorar las condiciones de su familia!
En otras palabras, gracias por todo lo que usted hace, no solo hoy, sino todos los días.
Les aprecio a cada uno de ustedes y espero continuar colaborando mientras navegamos tiempos de desafíos.
