On Thursday, Oct. 3, 2024, this message was distributed with an incorrect Application Guidance document and an incorrect Budget Template. These have been updated.

The purpose of this announcement is to provide information to those organizations applying for the 2024 Home Visiting Services Account Fall Start Up Funding Opportunity. This Funding Opportunity is intended to increase the number of families served by newly formed home visiting programs through a competitive award process.
