Due to scheduled maintenance, we would like to inform you that the WA Compass Provider Portal may be unavailable from 5 p.m. on Friday, March 10, through Sunday, March 12.
If you receive a message that the system is unavailable during this time, please attempt to access the system again on Monday, March 13. This system outage may impact the ability to review Inspection Reports, submit disputes, and other requests. If there are any time-driven deadlines that you need to complete in the WA Compass Provider Portal before March 13, it may be best to complete those before the scheduled maintenance to ensure you will have access.
