Great news! This email is a heads up to let you know that the DCYF Early Achievers Participant Operating Guidelines are recently updated and available on the DCYF website in English, Spanish, and Somali. Providers will receive this announcement via email at a later date. Below is a copy of the provider email, so you’ll know what they will receive.
We’ve also prepared a Video Highlight Fact Sheet. This one-pager is a great resource for discussing Video Highlights with providers. The Video Highlights Fact Sheet is available in English, Spanish, and Somali.
For future reference, these documents can be found on the Supports & Resources page of the Early Achievers website. It’s a good idea to bookmark this page.
Please feel free to share these links with your providers with your own personalized message. Our goal is to get the Operating Guidelines and the Video Highlights Fact Sheet into as many hands as possible, even if they receive it more than once.

Early Achievers Participant Operating Guidelines
The latest version of the Early Achiever Participant Operating Guidelines are now available in English, Spanish, and Somali. These guidelines:
- Help early learning programs understand key components of Early Achievers and support successful participation.
- Provide a detailed overview of Early Achievers policies and expectations.
- Serve as a reference tool throughout participation.
Video Highlight Fact Sheet
This resource will help you navigate this new component of the Quality Recognition Improvement System. The fact sheet is available in English, Spanish, and Somali. Your coach is also a valuable resource if you have questions about Video Highlights.
