WA CAP References Preview
WA CAP by Binti will streamline the applicant reference process. Binti reports most agencies have a 98% return rate for references through Binti. Here is a sneak peek of this process, highlighting the changes and benefits.
In this example, the applicant is Joe Montana. The following screenshot shows where Joe already entered the contact information for his first reference, Thomas James Peterson, and where he will enter contact information for his second reference before clicking "Send Request."
 WA CAP immediately sends an email to each reference prompting them to complete the reference form online. Joe’s first reference, Thomas James Peterson, received the email, as shown in the following screenshot:
 Workers can monitor the completion of references in real-time. The following screenshot shows the worker’s view of Joe’s completed references, the one Thomas completed and one which was received on paper (by someone without email access) and uploaded by the worker.
 What Else Do I Need to Know About References in WA CAP?
- Applicants can see if their references are complete
- If the reference does not complete the questionnaire promptly:
- WA CAP automatically sends reminder emails to both the applicant and the reference
- Workers and Applicants can both prompt a reminder email at any time
- Workers and Applicants can delete and replace references in a few clicks
