Exciting team changes are coming! First off, WA CAP Customer Support Specialist Kayla Boutillier accepted a promotion as Foster Care Licensing QA/CQI Program Manager, beginning February 16, 2022. While we're sad to see her go, her departure presents an exciting opportunity for someone new to join the WA CAP team! Stay tuned for the official job posting.

Did you miss the WA CAP update last week? Don't worry. It's not you – it's us! Considering the new project schedule, we've decided to release WA CAP newsletter updates bi-weekly instead of weekly. Keep an eye out for our next update on February 3, 2022.
