Dear Child Care Providers,
The Washington State Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) is pleased to share the following news on COVID-19 vaccine availability. This information is time-sensitive and we encourage you to act quickly while there are still appointments available if you plan to get your COVID-19 vaccine. Please note: DCYF is not requiring child care providers to get vaccinated.
The Department of Health (DOH) provided information on upcoming vaccine clinics dedicated for child care and K-12 staff. Below are several options that may assist you with accessing vaccines:
Benton-Franklin-Kennewick
Spokane
Wenatchee
- Location: Town Toyota Center (1300 Walla Walla Ave., Wenatchee, WA 98801)
- Wednesday, March 10: Sign Up Here

Clark County
Clark County Mass Vaccine site in Ridgefield will largely focus on first doses this week.
- Location: Clark County Fairgrounds (17402 NE Delfel Rd., Ridgefield, WA 98642)
- Hours: Tuesday – Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
- You are encouraged to make an appointment online using Safeway’s registration system
Interested providers should use the phase finder to prove their vaccination status instructions and then make an appointment with the appropriate location or through another local pharmacy via the vaccine finder. www.covidwa.com
