Join State Architectural Historian, Michael Houser to see his research into one of the most effective mass-marketing campaigns of the post-WWII-era; the “Live Better Electrically” & “Medallion Homes” program. Created by General Electric in 1956, the goal of the campaign was to encourage the use of whole-house electric power and to sell electric appliances. It’s an electrifying peek into the past!
