Unexpected Outage
Application:
Issues at the WA State Cloud virtual server environment is impacting eClient infrastructure/environment. This will impact any new device connection, new user authentication, WiFi/wireless connections, access to agency servers hosted on the WA State Cloud server environment, RSA token, SAW, and many more services hosted in the virtual environment.
Wisaard authentication processes are impacted by this event.
