Swift Orange Line: Upcoming nighttime work at Ash Way Park and Ride

Starting as early as Monday, June 12 crews will begin drilling into the street (potholing) near Ash Way Park & Ride to prepare for underground utility work. This work will happen at night between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m. to limit impacts on traffic on 164th Street Southwest. Crews anticipate working at night for approximately one week. Some weekend work may be required.

Crews will work along Ash Way and near the I-5 ramps on 164th Street Southwest. Please expect delays while traveling through the area.

Crews prepare Ash Way for new signals and lighting upgrades

Notice: Construction crews are partnering with local agencies to complete utility upgrades in and near the project area. Nearby businesses and neighbors will receive notices from their utility providers in advance of any service impacts. Have questions? Contact your service provider directly!

Swift Bus Rapid Transit

Community Transit is expanding its Swift bus rapid transit (BRT) network with additional lines connecting the area.

Swift Orange Line will connect south Snohomish County to the region’s high-capacity transit network when Sound Transit’s Link light rail extends to Lynnwood. Swift Orange Line service is scheduled to start in 2024.

Swift Blue Line connects Everett to the Aurora Village Transit Center in Shoreline.

Swift Green Line connects the Seaway Transit Center in Everett and Canyon Park Park & Ride in Bothell. This line will extend from Canyon Park Park & Ride to UW Bothell.

Swift Blue Line will connect the Aurora Village Transit Center to the Shoreline 185th Link light rail station when it light rail opens.

Swift Gold Line will connect downtown Everett, downtown Marysville, and Arlington. We are in the early stages of planning the project. More details about the timeline and community engagement coming soon!
