Quarterly Reports Due 10/18

It's that time again! Quarterly Reports must be completed by EOD Friday, 10/18.

Complete your quarterly report here!

Some helpful tips:

  • You cannot save progress – make sure you have the time to complete the report in one sitting (10-15 minutes).
  • If you have more than one ETC, only one of you needs to complete the report.
  • Please take the time to thoughtfully complete the narrative sections. "N/A" is almost never the right answer!
  • We will review your reports and provide recommendations by November 8th.

Let us know if you have questions. We’re looking forward to seeing all of your great work!

Smart Commuter Q2 2019

Smart Commuter - 2nd Quarter: Lyndsi Stickles

Lyndsi Stickles has chosen to ride the bus, ferry, and walk for her commute to Alderwood Water & Wastewater District for over nine years!  Lyndsi says, "I choose a smart commute every day because I can leave my car either in my garage or at a park and ride and make new friends along the way.  Choosing to not drive alone saves me money, and allows me to de-stress on my way to and from work."

Congratulations, Lyndsi! See our Smart Commuter page here.

Smart Commuter Rewards is a quarterly incentive program that helps large businesses motivate employees to reduce their drive-alone trips and vehicle miles traveled.

How to participate: Employees at Snohomish County or Bothell businesses with 100 or more employees who log at least 16 days of non-drive alone trips per month on RideshareOnline.com are eligible for Smart Commuter of the Quarter and the $250 prize.  At the end of each quarter, those who are eligible will receive an email from Community Transit to complete their official self-nomination form.

Wheel Options 2019

Reminder: Wheel Options Began Oct 1!

Your opportunity to promote a turnkey statewide transportation options campaign is here!  The program kicked off on October 1st and runs through the end of the month.  If you have yet to get the word out, be sure to do so!

Leave the car at home or pick up carpool buddies during October and Be a Commute Super Hero! Save the planet from pollution and your wallet from the costs of maintaining a car.

Here’s how it works: Complete and track at least six days of Wheel Options modes—that’s vanpooling, biking, walking, rolling, skateboarding, carpooling, taking transit, teleworking, compressing your work schedule or a combination of all these modes—and you will automatically be entered into a drawing for a chance to win some great rewards, including a $1,500 super reward or $500 sidekick reward via a digital reward link, and a host of $50 retail rewards! Be a Commute Super Hero and show how you are reducing your CO2 emissions, saving money and gas, socializing with your community, and exercising on your way to and from work!

OR track here!  Even better, you don't need to sign up for a new site or make any special selection by logging-on to RideshareOnline.com and tracking your trips in October.  Track as you normally do!  In addition to the prizes above, there will also be 10 guaranteed winners from Snohomish County, so take those trips!

Rewards!  Grand and second prizes allow the winners to choose a super reward. The reward links (via a digital reward catalog) allow winners to choose between more than eight dozen top retail brands and non-profits — spending all the winnings on one brand, giving to charity or splitting it up among multiple.

Need promotional materials?  ETCs, find all the materials and sample email text to promote to your employees at the Wheel Options Toolkit page

More ways to win!  In October, post a photo of you and the commute you love to the Wheel Options Facebook page for your chance to win a $25 weekly reward.
