Construction Notice- South Whidbey

Saratoga Road Culvert 371 Trenchless Replacement

Drainage Construction is expected to begin on Monday, October 30th, for a pipe-bursting maintenance project of Culvert #371.

Location: Saratoga Rd between Saratoga Woods Park and the City of Langley, south Whidbey Island, WA.  0.75 miles NW of the City of Langley boundary [48.044677749182185, -122.43331621696936] 

Between October 31st and November 3rd, traffic will be slowed during a pumped stream bypass and the pipe bursting process.
