Hello, we want to let you know that Linda Williams has decided to step down as Chair, and she will resume a judicial position at the BIIA. We thank Linda for her service as Chair into her second term, and we're thankful we will continue to benefit from her extensive knowledge of workers' compensation law.
Mark Jaffe has agreed to continue as Chair Pro Tem until a permanent replacement is named.
