Sound Transit will be performing maintenance on its garage, which will impact the City’s use of its spaces on the 5th floor from Friday, Sept. 26, through Sunday, Sept. 28.
Here’s what you need to know.
Parking for Employees Working Friday (9/26):

If you normally park in the Sound Transit garage, please use the City-owned Wells Fargo lot.

The lot is located across from the Postmark Center at the NE corner of Auburn Avenue and 1st Street NE (see attached image).

Please park along the edges of the drive-through lanes, similar to how vehicles are shown in the image, as spaces are not specifically marked.
Parking for City Fleet Vehicles:

All City fleet vehicles must be removed from the Sound Transit garage by 8 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 26.

Fleet vehicles may remain in the Wells Fargo lot until 5 p.m. on Friday, but they cannot be parked there overnight on Thursday.

After 5 p.m. Friday, fleet vehicles must be moved to GSA for overnight and weekend parking. (If you need the gate code, please contact Josh.)
Normal parking operations will resume Monday, Sept. 29.
