🌱 Vendor Spotlight: Summit Acres – Booth #27 🌱
Meet Bryan Rodriguez, the grower behind Summit Acres. After years in the corporate world, Bryan traded his desk job for dirt and seedlings in 2017—turning a side passion for gardening into a thriving full-time career.
Summit Acres offers a delicious variety of microgreens, salad mixes, potted herbs, and seasonal vegetables—with beans coming up next this season!
Bryan’s personal favorite? A hearty microgreens salad (standard or spicy, depending on the day) topped with feta, olives, and balsamic vinaigrette. He also swears by broccoli microgreens in his berry smoothies for a daily health kick.
🛒 Catch Summit Acres at Booth #27 every Sunday! Support local, eat fresh, and discover your new favorite ingredients with Bryan and Summit Acres.
