What can be barked, growled, meowed, chirped, rattled, croaked, screeched, squeaked err, said (there we go), about Petpalooza that hasn’t already?
What profound words could I possibly write about this amazing, humongous, boisterous, energetic event, that hasn’t already been written? What can I do, here and now, to convince you that Petpalooza is the most fun you could possibly have on a weekend in May?
“Jonathan, I’m not sure why you’re asking me this, but why don’t you just tell our readers about how fun it is and share the date?” says Kristy Pachciarz, the City of Auburn’s longtime events coordinator, and the brain trust behind Petpalooza (and Jonathan’s most annoyed coworker for the day). “Surely that would work better than whatever you’re doing here?”
Alright, OK, fine, you win. Because here’s the thing — Petpalooza is not just a pet event. It’s the pet event. It’s the pet event to end all pet events. It’s like Coachella, but with more fur, better music, and fewer questionable fashion choices.
If you have a pet, love a pet, or even just want to be near pets, this is your Super Bowl. And it’s happening at Game Farm Park on May 17 (the day after Jonathan’s birthday, btw).
What’s that? You’re not sure if it’s worth it? Well, buckle up, because let me tell you why you need to be at Petpalooza. Or rather — let me let Kristy take it from here.
“It’s like Jonathan said, Petpalooza is one of the City of Auburn’s most fun events of the year, and it’s something everyone can enjoy — especially your furry friends,” Kristy says. “Don’t believe us? First keep reading, and then mark your calendar for May 17!”
