 2025 Senior Farmer's Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP)
The SFMNP provides low-income seniors with a new $80 card that can be used to purchase fresh fruits and vegetables at participating King County farmers market locations.
This one-time distribution increases access to local produce while supporting local farms.
When can I apply?
- Application enrollment period is Monday, April 7 – Friday, May 9, 2025.
Who is eligible?
- 60 years or older (Native American/Alaska Native 55+) by June 15, 2025
- Live in King County
- Income must be at or below 185% of Federal Poverty Level. That means:
- $28,953 Annual or $2,413 Monthly Income for 1 person
- $39,128 Annual or $3,261 Monthly Income for 2 people
- For larger households, add $848 for each additional person
How to Apply – Online
- Complete the online application form beginning April 7th.
- With their consent, you may complete the online form on a someone’s behalf.
- Applicants can call Community Living Connections at 1-844-348-5464 or 206-962-8467 for assistance to enroll online.
- Applicants can receive in-person help at the Senior Center.

- Paper applications can be found at Auburn Senior Activity Center.
- Applicants can receive in-person help at the Senior Center.
- Mail application to:

- Applications must be post marked by Friday, May 9, 2025.
