The South King Housing and Homelessness Partners (SKHHP) 2024 funding round of the Housing Capital Fund is now open! $4.1 million is available to fund the development and preservation of affordable housing in South King County.
SKHHP's annual funding guidelines and notice of intent to apply forms are now available on our website. Pre-application meetings will take place May 6 through August 16 and are required prior to applying. Applications are due September 13.
