This is a monthly opportunity to practice mindful yoga and meditation designed specifically to calm the nervous system and help alleviate the effects of stress. We will explore slow, rhythmic movement infused with breath practices and mindfulness meditations. This workshop is a great compliment to an active lifestyle and the perfect addition to your workouts as it gives the body a chance to slow down, release tension and quiet the mind. Each class will have a theme and there will be many pauses to observe, reflect, and connect to the present moment. Give yourself the gift of 90 minutes to nourish yourself from the inside out—join me the last Wednesday of each month as we collectively turn down the volume on the noise of our busy lives. Together, we will create space for stillness and restoration.
