The Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA) is redesigning our website, and we'd like your help before it launches.
We're working with a user experience (UX) research firm to conduct virtual interviews with people who use our website. Your feedback will help us build a site that's easy to navigate and designed around how people actually use it.
Washington's farmers, producers, agricultural businesses, and the public rely on our website for important information, including permits, program updates, resources, and more. If you've ever had trouble finding what you needed, we want to hear about it. No special expertise is required, we're simply looking for honest feedback about your experience.
The interview sessions will:
- Last about one hour
- Be held virtually
- Take place between August 12 and August 18
