We are excited to announce that the Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA) is now accepting applications for the 2025 Specialty Crop Block Grant.
This grant aims to support projects that enhance the competitiveness of Washington's specialty crops, including fruits, vegetables, tree nuts, dried fruits, horticulture, and nursery crops. The application process will consist of a two-phase competitive solicitation, with concept proposals due electronically by noon PST on October 15, 2024. Grant awards will range from $25,000 to $250,000 per project, lasting up to three years. Eligible entities include non-profit and for-profit organizations, government entities, colleges, universities, and more.
