The South Burlington Public Art Committee (SBPAC) of South Burlington, Vermont is seeking a Curator for the City of South Burlington Public Art Gallery, located in the South Burlington Public Library and City Hall building at 180 Market Street.

Friends of the Library Free Concert Series: VT Symphony Orchestra

Vermont Symphony Orchestra members Melissa Mielens, the principal flutist for the Vermont Symphony and Vista Philharmonic, and John Dunlop, the principal cellist with the Vermont Symphony Orchestra, will present an enchanting selection of contemporary and classic pieces for the season opener of the Friends of the Library 2024 Winter Concert series.
Voices from Ukraine Film Series: Earth
Saturday February 3rd, 2:00–3:45 p.m.
Join us for the screening of Earth (1930), the first of a 4-film screening and discussion series presented by Voices from Ukraine and hosted by Fletcher Free Library and South Burlington Public Library. Stay after each movie to discuss the films and enjoy traditional Ukrainian cookies. Earth will be shown at Fletcher Free Library, 235 College Street, Burlington.
AARP Tax Preparation
AARP Foundation Tax-Aide offers free tax preparation assistance with a special focus on taxpayers who are over 50 and have low-to-moderate income. Trained and IRS-certified Tax-Aide volunteers will provide secure and confidential Federal and Vermont tax preparation at the South Burlington Senior Center in the City Hall at 180 Market Street.
Appointments start February 6th and are only available Tuesdays and Fridays.

Soccer Sparks - Winter
Soccer Sparks offers age-appropriate soccer instruction in a low pressure, high skill learning environment. The Soccer Sparks approach utilizes fun and games so that children develop a passion for soccer without the stress of competitive play. Taught by USSF Nationally Certified coaches, Soccer Sparks "all-ball" training techniques help kids meet their maximum potential while emphasizing fair play and enjoyment of the sport.
