VIIS User Credentials are Coming Soon

VIIS 2025 go-live is right around the corner! Here is what to expect.
Accessing New VIIS
On the evening of June 23rd, VIIS users will receive their VIIS 2025 login credentials.
Your login credentials will come from two separate email addresses, once you have completed training. Visit the Virginia LMS to complete your eLearning if you have not already.
You will receive two emails to access VIIS 2025:
If you are assigned to more than one facility, you will receive a username for each facility.
To avoid missing these important messages add the following email addresses to your contact list.
Check your spam or junk folders if you don’t see the emails in your inbox. If possible, ask your IT department to whitelist both email addresses to ensure delivery.
Live support will be available via email, phone, and chatbot starting on the go-live date (June 24th).

Prepare for Current VIIS System Downtime
The current VIIS system will be permanently taken offline on Sunday, June 22nd at 12:00 PM (Noon) EST. After this point, the old system will no longer be available.
During this downtime, VIIS data will not be accessible and VDH/VIIS cannot access reports. VIIS 2025, goes live on June 24th at 8:00AM EST. All future VIIS access will need to be through the new system.
