on June 24!

Prepare for VIIS System Downtime
As we prepare for this transition, please note that the current VIIS system will be permanently taken offline on Sunday, June 22nd at 11:59 PM. After this point, the old system will no longer be available. During this downtime, VIIS data will not be accessible until the new system, VIIS 2025, goes live on June 24th at 8:00AM. All future VIIS access will need to be through the new system.
To avoid workflow disruptions, give yourself ample time to complete the Learning Management System (LMS) eLearning training. All users must complete the training to receive their credentials for VIIS 2025. Users who have not completed the training will not be able to login to VIIS 2025.

Process for VIIS Go-Live:
Please complete the following process to ensure timely access to VIIS 2025:
- Complete all assigned trainings in the LMS to receive your VIIS user credentials. Users with incomplete training will not be able to log into VIIS 2025.
- Upon completion of the training, you will receive two emails to access VIIS 2025:
- Email 1 – Unique username
- Email 2 – URL and temporary unique password
- Change your password upon first login.
On June 23rd VIIS users will receive their VIIS 2025 username. Only VIIS users who completed training will receive their unique temporary password and URL to access VIIS 2025.
