The Virginia Health Benefit Exchange is extending the Open Enrollment deadline through January 22, 2025.
- Enrollments completed by 11:59pm on January 22, 2025 will not require a Special Enrollment Period (SEP) and will have an effectuation date of February 1, 2025.
- Enrollments after January 22, 2025 will require an SEP.
- Enrollments completed before January 31, 2025 will have an effectuation date of February 1, 2025.
