Important Information Regarding 1095-A Forms
Tax Day is April 15, 2024.
You’ll need to access your 1095-A form to show that you and anyone in your household were enrolled in a health plan for Tax Year 2023.The 1095-A form is provided by healthcare.gov, as all health plans were administered by the federal Marketplace for the 2023 Plan Year. To access your 1095-A, you will need to log in to your healthcare.gov account.
For the 2024 Tax Year and beyond, 1095-A forms will be provided by Virginia's Insurance Marketplace.
