Leesburg, VA (October 30, 2025) – The public is invited to a pop-up exhibit at the Donaldson Log Cabin on Friday, November 7, that will feature historic diaries selected and highlighted by our very own community members.

These diaries highlight the experiences of individuals who lived in or visited Leesburg and Loudoun County across various time periods and backgrounds. From farmers and soldiers to travelers and students, each diary offers a firsthand account of daily life, personal reflections, and significant events that helped shape the community and the wider world. The exhibit also explores the many forms diaries can take and the insights they provide into the past.

The event will be held in conjunction with Leesburg First Friday, with visitors welcome to stop by the Donaldson Log Cabin, located at 14 Loudoun Street SW, between 5 and 7 p.m.
