Town of Leesburg Fiscal Year 2020 Annual Report Now Available Online
Leesburg, VA (August 5, 2020) – The Town of Leesburg’s Fiscal Year 2020 Annual Report is now available to view on the Town’s website. Due to budget restrictions, resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, it will not be mailed to residents this year.
The annual report highlights the Town’s activities and accomplishments throughout the preceding year. It is intended to give residents and shareholders an overview of the Town’s accomplishments and financial performance.
The year’s 12-page report includes the Town’s response to COVID-19, as well as a snapshot of the Fiscal Year 2021 budget, and how it has been affected.
Other featured stories include completed Town capital projects such as the widening of Sycolin Road, the on-going Town Plan update, new fitness equipment at Ida Lee Park Recreation Center, and the hiring of the Town’s first Emergency Management Coordinator, Joe Dame.
