Night-time Pavement Striping Work
on Battlefield Parkway and Evergreen Mill Road This Week
Leesburg, VA (June
5, 2018) – Beginning
this evening, pavement striping work will take place on the newly paved
portions of Battlefield Parkway and Evergreen Mill Road. Work will begin at
6:30 p.m. each evening and conclude by 6:00 a.m. each morning, through Sunday,
June 10, 2018.
The work area includes
Battlefield Parkway from South King Street to the Dulles Greenway and Evergreen
Mill Road from Tolbert Lane to Heritage High School.
During striping operations, crews
will maintain one lane of traffic by flagging operations. Motorists should exercise
caution when driving in this area and follow flagger directions.
The work schedule is subject to delays
for inclement weather or mechanical difficulties. Any changes will be posted to
