Leesburg Utilities Department
Goes Green with Online Billing
Paperless
eBilling option is now available to all Town of Leesburg water and sewer
customers.
 Leesburg, VA (February
20, 2018) – Town of
Leesburg water and sewer customers can now receive their quarterly bills as email
attachments, rather than mailed paper bills. The new eBills will look exactly
the same as paper bills.
All payment options remain the
same. A link in the eBilling email will take customers directly to the Customer
Self-Service Portal to make online payments through OPAY. A $3.95 service fee
applies to these payments. Free payment options include online bill pay through
customers’ financial institutions and automatic ACH debits. For more
information about all payment options for water and sewer bills, visit the town
website at www.leesburgva.gov/payments.
To enroll in eBilling, customers
should email watersewer@leesburgva.gov with “eBill” in the subject line. Include
the service address and the account number or Customer ID number (CID) in the
body of the email. Requests must be received before the end of the billing cycle
to receive eBills for that quarter’s bill. Requests received after the end of
the billing cycle will become effective with the next cycle.
If customers are enrolled in
eBilling and miss a payment, they will receive late notices via email as well.
