16 Early Voting Sites are Open (9 a.m.-5 p.m.)
An additional 13 early voting sites open today. Fairfax County registered voters may cast their ballot in person at any of our 16 early voting locations. Voters must show one form of identification before voting.

Try-it Triathlon (7-10 a.m.)
Join us at Audrey Moore Rec Center for the first Try-it Triathlon. Swim 300 yards in Audrey Moore Rec Center's Olympic-size pool, bike five miles on a narrow paved and dirt trail to Lake Accotink and run two miles on a cross county trail.
Stuff the Bus (10 a.m.-3 p.m.)
Bring non-perishable foods to the Cardinal Forest Giant in Springfield and help us fill a Fastran bus to benefit ECHO, a nonprofit organization. This is the last Stuff the Bus event of the season.
Adapted Park Explorers (10-11 a.m.)
Explore different features of the Hidden Oaks Nature Center with hands-on science and nature activities tailored to young people with disabilities. A different topic is covered each month.
Signs of the Beaver Sketch Hike (10 a.m.-noon)
Learn about Huntley Meadows' nocturnal engineers by studying and drawing the tracks and traces they leave behind. Discover the lives of beavers, practice drawing and go hiking to find signs of beaver activity.
Garden Talk - Alternatives for Invasive Plants (10:30-11:30 a.m.)
Invasive plants like bamboo and wisteria can take over your garden. Master gardeners will share what you can grow instead at Green Spring Gardens.
Great Falls Knit In (11 a.m.-2 p.m.)
Celebrate World Wide Knit in Public Day at the Great Falls Library. Join fellow knitting enthusiasts for an afternoon of yarn swapping, beginner's lessons and general knitting fun.
Paws on the Plaza (11 a.m.-6 p.m.)
Celebrate our furry friends at The Plaza in Tysons with a day full of activities. Humans and their pups can enjoy a dog park, splash pad, 20+ pet vendors, a dog food truck, rescues with adoptable dogs, a free photo booth, giveaways and more.
Art and Craft Supply Swap & Talk (1-2 p.m.)
Bring your extra craft supplies to swap and get ideas from other artists and crafters at the Patrick Henry Library. Members of the Vienna Arts Society will be there to talk about projects, techniques and improvisations.
Meet the Author: Kosoko Jackson (3-5 p.m.)
Celebrate Pride and join us for a conversation with author Kosoko Jackson at the George Mason Regional Library. Kosoko will discuss his work, writing process and answer questions in a Q&A session. A book sale and signing will follow the event.
