Self-Care for Early Childhood Educators
A Two-Session Series of Professional Learning
for Educators of Infants & Toddlers.

Join us for a unique day of professional learning for educators of infants & toddlers.
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: Educators will take part in two workshops over the course of the day:
1. The Art of Self Care: Learn to identify potential job-related stressors, the importance of self-care and the effects of stress on infants and toddlers. CDA# 3,6
2. Smile and Mean It: Discuss how burnout affects early childhood educators and explore strategies to prevent it. CDA# 3,6
All Participants will take part in both sessions.
Please note: This series is being offered to educators who work with infants and toddlers.
