2025 Food Vendor Applications are OPEN!

Fairfax City is thrilled to announce the annual Fall Festival, Rock the Block and Fourth of July food vendor applications have officially opened for 2025! Apply now to be a vendor at one of our many city events.

Rock the Block 4th Fridays from May - October at Old Town Square (10415 North St., Fairfax) from 6:30pm - 9:30pm.
May 23, June 27, July 25, August 22, Sept. 26, & Oct. 24

Independence Day Parade July 4th from 10am - 12pm in Downtown Fairfax.

Independence Day Evening Show July 4th from 4pm - 10:30pm at Fairfax High School (3501 Lion Run, Fairfax).

Fall Festival (Rain or Shine) will be held on October 11 in Downtown Fairfax from 10am - 5pm.

Please read through all applications and guidelines before submitting your application. Any application that is not completely filled out and does not meet the requirements, will not be considered. Thank you!

Dear Food Vendors,

The City of Fairfax Parks and Recreation would like to invite you to apply to vend food at the 2025 City of Fairfax Rock the Block, Independence Day Celebration (Parade and/or Evening Show), and the Fall Festival.

Please complete the attached application along with a listing of items to be sold (including prices), a minimum of 2 photos of your booth, truck or trailer and 2 reference of previous events you have participated in. Spaces are limited and are awarded to vendors that provide a variety of quality items at a reasonable price. In order to be considered as a concessionaire, the application must be returned by the deadline date. Any application received after the deadline will be waitlisted if all criteria are met.

Application deadline is April 1, 2025. You will be notified of your status in May. If accepted, you will make payment at that time.
