Make your 2026-27 Transportation Selection 🚌
Please make your transportation selection in ParentVUE by July 31, 2026, for your student(s) for the 2026-27 school year.
For each student that will be attending PWCS in the upcoming school year, login to ParentVUE, click the Student Info menu option, find the Transportation Opt-In section, and make your selection. Once complete, click Save.

🍽️ Free Summer Meals for PWCS Students and Families
PWCS is pleased to support students and families with free summer meals for children ages 18 and under through the U.S. Department of Agriculture. In-person breakfast and lunch are available at multiple school sites across PWCS, and children may visit any open site to receive meals at no cost. Children must remain on site while consuming their meals.
New this year: Charles J. Colgan Sr. High School will offer a to‑go meals option, where families may pick up weekly meal kits to take home at no cost. Families who may be interested in picking up to‑go meals from Colgan High School are encouraged to complete this short survey by May 29, 2026. Completing the survey is optional and for planning purposes only. Families who do not complete the form will still be able to pick up meals while supplies last.

Families must complete the following steps through the online activities and athletics registration system (Arbiter):
- Complete the online activities and athletics registration.

The online athletic and activities registration must be completed at least one week before the first day of marching band camp.

⬇️ Tips for a Thriving End to the School Year
-
Attend school daily: One of the best ways students stay on the path to success and on‑time graduation is by arriving at school on time and ready to learn. Every day counts!
-
Set goals and stay focused: Work with your student to set clear, achievable academic goals to stay motivated and focused through the final weeks.
-
Seek support: Encourage students to ask for help when they need it. Teachers, counselors, and family members are all partners in student success—and support remains available year-round.
-
Practice self‑care and prioritize well‑being: Encourage good sleep habits, balanced nutrition, and breaks when needed. PWCS students also have access to Hazel Health’s free mental health telehealth services.
-
Celebrate growth and accomplishments: Take time to recognize progress, effort, and achievements. Celebrating growth builds confidence and helps students finish the year feeling proud of how far they’ve come.
