🍽️ Stay Up-to-Date with MealViewer
Breakfast and lunch menus just got an upgrade! PWCS is now using MealViewer, a new online menu platform. This new system will provide timely updates and accurately reflect any school-specific menu changes.
View menus at the MealViewer website or by downloading the free MealViewer To Go app from your device's app store.

PWCS Summer Programs Information ☀️
Registration for summer Discovery Enrichment Programs opens Monday, March 9. These programs are open to all students kindergarten through ninth grade. Scholarships are available for students who receive free or reduced lunch. Be sure to register by Friday, May 22!
Summer school registration opens Wednesday, April 8. Summer school is open to K-12 students identified by their teachers and/or counselors as needing to attend. Families will be notified regarding their students’ eligibility for the summer school program by their school. High school students should talk with their school counselor if they are in need of credit recovery or SOL remediation.
Registration will close Friday, May 22 for elementary and middle schools, and Friday, June 5 for high schools.

Student Art in Focus: Youth Art Month 🎨
March is Youth Art Month, a national celebration of art education. Mark your calendars for PWCS Art Festivals! These annual festivals allow students to display their diverse talents and share their artwork with the greater community:

April 18, 2026: Western Schools All-County Arts Festival

April 25, 2026: Eastern Schools All-County Arts Festival
All festivals will take place from 10 a.m.- 4 p.m. at the Edward L. Kelly Leadership Center (14715 Bristow Rd, Manassas, VA 20112).

Storybook Parade.

Apply to be a 2026-27 Student Representative to the School Board
The Prince William County School Board seeks two student representatives and an alternate to provide non-voting input and insight for the 2026-27 school year. Rising juniors and seniors are eligible to apply.

Student Teacher's Aide Job Fair for High School Students
Reminder- PWCS is hosting an in-person job fair for high school students interested in working as student teacher's aides during the PWCS Summer School Program. The job fair will take place from 5:30–6:30 p.m. on Monday, March 23, 2026, at Charles J. Colgan Sr. High School.
High school students must be at least 16 years old as of June 18, 2026, to be eligible. Interested students should visit the Summer Employment webpage for application instructions and bring a printed copy of their completed online application and completed school reference(s) to the job fair.
