Share Your Voice on the 2026-27 School Calendar
📣 PWCS invites families, staff, students, and community members to participate in the annual school calendar survey, open through Friday, October 17.
The calendar options were developed through a collaborative process that included input from parents, guardians, teachers, principals, support staff, students, and community partners. This survey is your opportunity to weigh in on the proposed drafts and share what matters most to you and your family.
Your feedback will help shape a calendar that best supports student learning, family needs, and staff planning. The results will be presented to the School Board in November, with a final vote scheduled for December 3.

Standing United Against Bullying
🟧 PWCS recognizes October as Bullying Prevention Month, and the school division is committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for every student and staff member. As part of this commitment, PWCS participates in No Place for Hate, a nationally recognized initiative that promotes a culture where kindness, empathy, and acceptance guide how we treat one another each day.
Within PWCS, No Place for Hate supports nearly 70 pre-K-12 schools across the division in building school cultures that actively combat bias, bullying, and hate. Each participating school designates a dedicated advisor who works closely with students to plan and implement meaningful activities dedicated to this cause throughout the year. See how students at Tyler Elementary School are leading by example as members of the school's No Place for Hate club.
