In PWCS, our Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs, special education EMPLOY program, and work-based learning programs are vital in preparing our students for immediate employment in fast-growing fields and skilled trades

The chickens have flown the coop and landed at Marumsco Hills Elementary School
Marumsco Hills Elementary Assistant Principal Christopher Knighting brought chickens to school to give students a preview of what to expect when the incubating chicken eggs in the school’s library hatch, and the newborn baby chicks grow up. Watch Video >>

Freedom High School brings students, staff, and families together at community event

The Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA) Showcase - Woodbridge Campus is a free event for high school students (and families) considering dual enrollment, those currently participating in the dual enrollment program, and/or those interested in attending NOVA after high school graduation. NOVA will highlight the Woodbridge Campus to include interactive demonstrations from various academic departments, parent information sessions and much more. Lunch will be provided.
