Osbourn Park High School students are applying the skills they learn in class while on the job thanks to partnerships with local businesses and organizations. ARTfactory in Manassas is one of those organizations helping Osbourn Park high students grow their skills in a true job environment.

Launch your career as an educator in PWCS, register for the Instructional Job Fair on February 11.

Register for Parents as Partners: Building Bridges Between Home, School, and Community conference on Saturday, February 25.

Information and Instructional Technology will be performing routine maintenance on PWCS systems and applications on Sunday, February 5. Division-wide internet access, including the guest network, VPN Access and intranet will be affected. Cloud-based applications such as Outlook, Office 365, The Hub, and Canvas will be available outside of the PWCS network.

Celebrating Black History Month in PWCS

February is Black History Month. Look for features from the Division and our schools, as PWCS recognizes this annual celebration of achievements and heritage of African Americans.

Celebrate school counselors during National School Counseling Week (February 6–10) Next week, PWCS is partnering with the American School Counselors Association (ASCA) to celebrate National School Counseling Week—"School Counseling: Helping Students Dream Big."
