Big win for C.D. Hylton High School automotive students propels them to grand national championship
Congratulations to the C.D. Hylton High School Automotive team who took first place in the Hot Rodders of Tomorrow Challenge at the Specialty Equipment Marketing Association (SEMA) annual convention in Las Vegas. The team of five was tasked with tearing down a car engine and rebuilding it in the fastest time possible with the least penalties.
This national win qualifies them to go head-to-head with seven other schools from across the USA, known as the Elite Eight, to become the Grand National champions.
