PWCS celebrates graduates entering the workforce and the military
PWCS graduating seniors who have obtained full-time employment or committed to military service were recognized and celebrated at the 2022 PWCS Signing Day. PWCS is proud to be the first school division in Virginia recognized as a Department of Labor and Industry (DOLI) intermediary for Youth Registered Apprentice (YRA). Establishing a YRA program begins a process of building a career pathway for a student with the possibility of obtaining several credentials or working toward college degrees. Participating high school juniors and seniors may be eligible for employment with a company depending on the hours and skill sets that may be required.
