ParentVUE and StudentVUE will be unavailable from Saturday, June 27, beginning at 10 p.m., through Sunday, June 28, at 5 p.m. This upgrade will provide many feature enhancements that will benefit PWCS students, parents, and staff, and we look forward to sharing those features throughout the 2020-21 school year.
PWCS students share their stay-at-home learning experiences
Tsion Teferi never imagined her senior year at Potomac High School would unfold like this. Osbourn Park High School's Rachael Tang was finishing her junior year when the pandemic forced school closures. While not the school year either wanted, Teferi and Tang share how this pandemic has taught them valuable lessons about being adaptable and resilient. Read more
Bel Air Elementary School Teacher Toni Brown's "cold-blooded" lessons had students excited to learn
Toni Brown, a third-grade teacher, showcased her personal pets, of the shelled and scaly variety, in distance learning lessons for her Bel Air Elementary students this spring. Brown's bearded dragons, geckos, and Sly, the red-eared slider turtle had students engaged and learning about habitats, adaptations, predators, prey, food chains, herbivores, carnivores, and omnivores.
