Blue Stockings Show

Blue Stockings is a piece that highlights the struggles of feminism in the late 1800's in England, as our story follows Tess Moffat, a female student at Cambridge, whom all she wants is to make it out of college with some sort of degree. However, at a time where the world wouldn't provide her with one, she is stuck at a standstill with society. If you'd like to figure out what she does to fight, come get our tickets HERE.

Meet Our New SAPS!

Meet Isaiah Duran! Your new Substance Abuse Prevention Specialist (SAPS). Isaiah is a Virginia native who earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Mary Washington, Master’s in Public Health from Liberty University, and a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. He is an avid golfer, enjoys fishing and traveling with his wife and son, and enjoys going to Tennessee Volunteer football games. He is also fluent in Spanish.

Isaiah will be the new SAPS for the Robinson pyramid. A SAPS provides substance abuse support to students and their families via prevention education, individual or group intervention, and referrals to community resources. For example, you can reach out to your SAPS if your student uses alcohol, nicotine, or other drugs, if you are interested in parent education of the drug landscape in the community, or guidance in managing students who use substances. Administrators send discipline referrals to the SAPS, but if you have concerns regarding your student, you do not have to wait for a referral from a disciplinary incident, you can reach out to the SAPS at any time.

You can donate several ways:

1) there is an Amazon Wish list below and the items can be delivered to the Paredes House. Again, please make sure any donations are marked "PTSO".

Partners for Safe Teen Driving Sessions

As we prepare for the 2026–2027 school year, we want to share our Partners for Safe Teen Driving (PSTD) schedule early to assist with your planning.

The PSTD presentation dates for this school year are:

  • January 11, 2027
  • April 12, 2027

State Requirement Details: The State of Virginia requires all 10th-grade students and a parent/guardian to attend a 90-minute traffic safety program together as part of the classroom Driver Education curriculum. Completion of this program is required before a student can receive their Driver Education Certificate of Completion (DEC-1 card).

Students are strongly encouraged to fulfill this requirement during the quarter they are enrolled in classroom Driver Education. For the 2026–2027 school year, Driver Education will be offered during Quarters 1–3 for 10th-grade students.
