✅Federal Impact Aid Survey

The Impact Aid Program is a federal program designed to directly compensate local school districts that have been financially impacted by federal activities. The program’s mission is to reimburse local school districts for local revenues lost due to the presence of federally owned, and therefore tax exempt, property.

The Federal Impact Aid Survey will be available electronically through your ParentVUE account beginning Monday, October 19th. The enrolling parent is the only one who can complete and submit the online Impact Aid survey.  If you have children at multiple FCPS Schools, a survey must be completed for each child for their individual school.

📱New ParentVUE Mobile App

The new ParentVUE mobile app is now available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The updated app provides parents and caregivers with a more secure FCPS sign-in experience.

Families who use the mobile app must download the new version by December 2026 to maintain continued access to their child’s information through the app. Families will still be able to access ParentVUE through a web browser.

In the new app, families can enroll in multi-factor authentication (MFA) for FCPS Single Sign-On. While enrollment is optional, we strongly recommend that everyone enable this security feature.

Learn more about installing the new ParentVUE app. Parents needing assistance should submit a Parent Support Request.
