📚 Read-a-Fun Reading Fundraiser: October 5 to November 13
Our ReadaFun Reading Fundraiser is in full swing, and there's still plenty of time to join! Every dollar raised goes right back to our students. It pays for enrichment programs, teacher grants, school events and much more. Every minute read and every donation helps, so please join in!
Please check your child's backpack for a yellow or white flyer with your child's name on it. It has instructions for parents and your child's unique login information. If you haven't seen a flyer with your child's unique code from their teacher, please contact the PTA at SpringfieldEstatesPTA@gmail.com.
The flyer shows how to:
- set up your child's online fundraising page in minutes. Just scan the QR code with your phone camera; no app is needed.
- help your child log in at readafun.com to track reading minutes and earn coins for the Owl Shop.
- invite family and friends to cheer on your reader and support our school.
Families can also send in a cash donation or a check made out to "SEES PTA," and it will count toward our school goal.
Prizes for every level of reader:
- 🍪 Class Prize: The class that reads the most minutes wins a cookie party, and their teacher gets a $100 classroom mini grant.
- 💃 SOAR Prize: Any grade level with 10 students signed up in each class by Monday, Oct 19 earns a dance party.
- 🍦 Whole School Prize: If the school raises $2,500 together, everyone gets a PJ & stuffy day. At $3,500, it's an ice cream party for everyone at lunch!
