Hello Westlawn Families!
We have a fun update to share about our October PTA Meeting! ❤️💙
Our kids had such a great time playing together during our last PTA meeting—it felt like their own little Westlawn playdate! 🥰 We loved seeing our families connecting while the kids had fun together so much that we decided…
🎉 Our October PTA Meeting will now be IN PERSON! 🎉
📅 Thursday, October 8
⏰ 6:00–7:00 PM
📍 Westlawn Elementary
And of course, bring the kids! ❤️ We want our PTA meetings to be a place where families can come together, connect with other Westlawn families, get involved, and know that their children are welcome to come along and have fun too.
🧁 Sweet Treat Westlawn Raffle 🧁
We’re adding a little extra fun to our October meeting with our Sweet Treat Westlawn Raffle!
Do you love to bake—or just love a good sweet treat? We’re asking Westlawn families and community members to help us fill our raffle table with delicious baked goods!
If you’d like to donate a sweet treat, please sign up in advance and bring your home baked good with you to the meeting.
👉 Sign up to donate a baked good
⚠️ Important: All donated baked goods must include a card listing the ingredients, with special attention to common allergens (such as peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, wheat, soy, etc.). This will help families make informed choices about the treats they select.
🎟️ Want a chance to take home something delicious?
The raffle will begin at the start of the meeting, so be sure to bring cash to purchase raffle tickets! Our lucky winners will be announced at the end of the meeting. 🍪🧁🍰
You certainly don't have to donate a baked good or participate in the raffle to attend. Just come join us!
You also do not have to be a PTA member to attend our meetings. Whether you’ve been to every meeting or have never attended one before, everyone is welcome.
We hope you'll join us for a little PTA business, some family fun, and a chance to go home with a delicious treat! ❤️💙
See you October 8!
With appreciation,
Andrea Medina

We Are Eagles! 🦅

¡Nos vemos el 8 de octubre!
Con mucho agradecimiento,
Andrea Medina
