Activities Fair - September 16th
Jaguar students will participate in our Activities Fair on Wednesday, September 16, during 4th Period in the Main Gym. Students will have the opportunity to learn more about how to get involved at Falls Church through various programs, including Activities, Athletics, Clubs, Honor Societies, Performing Arts, Student Leadership, Student Government, and more!

Homecoming Dance - September 26th

Get ready to GLOW CRAZY at the 2026 Falls Church High School Homecoming Dance! Join us on Saturday, September 26 from 7-10pm in the FCHS Cafeteria (Door 9) for a night of music, dancing, neon, and Jaguar spirit. Come ready to glow, dance, and celebrate with your friends! Students must present their school ID and valid ETIX ticket for entry. Outside guests must complete the required guest approval process prior to the dance. Students are expected to follow all FCPS and Falls Church High School rules and expectations while attending the event. Additional information regarding arrival, guest procedures, and dance expectations will be communicated to students before the event.

We are seeking a parent volunteer to help lead our annual golf tournament in Spring 2027. This is one of our largest fundraisers and a fun Jaguar community event. Help us make it a success!

FCPS National District & Occoquan Region Post Season Tickets:

Schools will continue to offer free admission to senior citizens and children under 6. The VHSL sets ticket prices for VHSL State Competitions.

Home Game Reminders
No Re-entry.
All signs must be reviewed by an admin staff at the gate.
Representatives from the Fairfax County Police Department, the Falls Church Administration, and the Falls Church Security Staff will continue to monitor the activities of our patrons in the parking lot, at the ticket gate, and inside the stadium to promote a safe and secure environment for both Falls Church fans, our visitors, and guests.
Student Pick Up at Events: To ensure students are getting picked up in a timely manner, all students who are waiting for a ride after a night event shall wait near the main entrance - a well lit area in front of the school. We encourage all students to plan for a ride ahead of time and to contact that ride before the event ends to ensure a safe and timely pick-up. It is an expectation that all students are picked up and off campus within 30 minutes of the event ending. For example - if a game ends at 9:00pm, all students should be off campus by 9:30pm. In the event a student is repeatedly staying late on campus, beyond the additional 30 minutes, the student’s ability to continue to attend night events may be impacted. Thank you for your cooperation!
VHSL & FCPS Sportsmanship
Falls Church fans are the best of the best. Falls Church Athletics always expects all guests to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner before, during and after the competition. We expect all guests to treat other guests, players, coaches and officials with courtesy. Please join us in creating a fun, safe, family atmosphere at Falls Church High School by:
Cheering with class. Be a good sport. Be gracious in victory and accept defeat with dignity.
Not encouraging unsportsmanlike conduct toward players, coaches, and officials.
Encouraging your team regardless of their play.
Treat all competitors fairly. Don’t show excessive displays of anger or frustration. Have the strength to overcome the temptation to demean others.

New VHSL Policy! Athletic Physicals will be considered valid for a period of 14 months from the date the form is completed and signed by the medical provider. This is the date on Page 3 of the VHSL Athletic Participation Parental Consent/Evaluation Form.

VHSL Sports Physicals: Legislation introduced in the Virginia General Assembly and recently signed into law will result in two significant changes to the athletic pre-participation examination (physical) requirements for FCPS student-athletes:
Transfer Students
All Transfer Students by default are ineligible. More information can be found on the FCPS Athletics Website. The Guardian Athletic Eligibility - Transfer Student Application must be started before the transfer student is considered a “bona fide” student. No transfer is eligible until there is a notice from the Guardian System that includes a VHSL Citation and Post Season Eligibility.
