Get Ready for After-School Activities & Sports
at Frost Middle School
Did you know? Frost Middle School offers free after-school activities every Monday through Friday from 2:30 – 4:30 PM all school year long.
Whether your student wants to join sports, get help with homework, create, and compete in STEM clubs, play video games, or attend special events, there is something for everyone! The full After School Program will begin on September 28th. Cross Country practice begins September 14th.

Free Programs: Running Monday–Friday until 4:30 PM.

Bus Transportation: Available 4 days a week (Monday – Thursday) and parent pick up on Fridays. Buses leave Frost between 4:45 - 5:00pm to take students home.

26-27 Cross Country, Volleyball & Track competitive teams
This year Frost will have Cross Country in the Fall, Volleyball in the Winter & Track in the Spring. All students that want to Join Cross Country & Track will be on the team and will run in the Saturday competitions. We will have tryouts for Volleyball in December for one girls’ team and one boys’ team. Each team will have 12 players. Currently, we do not have the competition schedule.

Students participating in our Sports programs must get a physical to participate
- Parents & Doctor must complete the Physical form. Once completed your student can turn it into the main office
- Parents must complete a Google Form to complete registration – keep an eye out in future communications and in Schoology for the link.
- Students must be registered to participate in the Frost After-School Program (Register here: After-School Registration)

Cross Country practice begins September 14th on Monday, Wednesday & Friday (buses available on Monday & Wednesday) parent pick up on Friday

Volleyball Tryouts will begin in December – more information will be published as we get closer to tryouts

Track practice will begin in March/April – We will also offer a winter running club.

Even if your student isn't sure they want to participate right away, we strongly encourage every family to complete the registration form now.
